The maximum rate of the of the powder quantity depends on: powder feeder (type of wheel, powder density) and torch. With the powder feeder EP2 it is possible to feed up to 7kg/h nickel base powder without tungsten carbide and up to 10 kg/h nickel base powder with tungsten carbide.
