RotoGuard Sealer

RotoGUARD is a specifically formulated clear liquid sealer consisting of an exclusive organic solid dissolved in a fast drying solvent. The solvent possesses unique penetrating power due to the wetting additives and it its extremely high fluidity. RotoGuard is able to penetrate the internal surface area of the micro pores and crevices which account for approximately 2-6% of the coatings (by volume). After the solvent evaporates, a solid film of protective organic material remains which is capable of resisting chemical attack from the following corrosive media: A large variety of oxidizing and reducing acids and alkalis such as acetic, citric, lactic, mild nitric, sulfuric, and hydrochloric acids, mild caustics, etc. Saline solutions: alcohols; corrosive cutting fluids; corrosive gases (ammonia, sulfur dioxide, etc.); corrosive atmospheres; various slurries and muds; environmental particulates usually suspended in the air.
