LaserClad 41560 laser cladding powder is a gas atomized nickel based alloy that is blended with 60% (by weight) of spherical tungsten carbide (WC) to form a composite alloy. Eutectic LC 41560 laser cladding powder is available with 3 different carbide types.
The high hardness matrix is designed to increase wear resistance while the WC offers superior abrasion and erosion resistance.
The coatings produced are hard, dense and specially resistant to low stress abrasion and erosion.
Excellent for combined impact and abrasion applications such as farm implements and other ground engaging equipment.

Applications
LaserClad 41560 can be used for an overlay that offers excellent resistance to abrasion, erosion, corrosion, galling and gauging on carbon steels, stainless steels, cast iron and nickel alloys.
LaserClad 41560 is primarily used where high stress (2-body) abrasion is encountered. Applications include crushing equipment, track undercarriage, drill systems.
