ThermoTec 18990 is a pre-alloyed, multi-component Ni base alloy which can be applied using conventional plasma or high energy combustion systems. It has been specifically designed as a bond layer and as a single coat. It is ideally suited as a single coat on machine elements because of no thickness limitation, no special spray technique, low smoking and good toughness and impact resistance.
