TeroMatec® OA 3206
For anti-wear protective coatings on parts such as crane wheels, excavator buckets, ripper teeth. Stabilized structure with good slag removal.
Teromatec OA 3206 is designed to produce deposits with high toughness and better work hardening caracteristics. Multi-layered deposits of this alloy have high resistance to the combined stresses of compression and severe impact. Special formulation with the addition of stabilizers to minimize carbide precipitation in the grain boundaries. Excellent buildup properties with less chance of cracking.
Features and benefits
- Excellent resistance to impact and pressure
- Rapid work hardening
- Machinable with standard cutting tools
- Rust-free deposit
- Recommended for outdoor use
- For semi-automatic welding using drooping- characteristic power sources
