EuTroLoy 16360
Ni-Cr-B-Fe-Si alloy, Blend of 60% WC and nickel alloy, HRc 30 powders. Available with Crushed, Spherical, or Macro Crystalline carbides
Coatings are resistant to abrasion, erosion and impact. EuTroLoy 16360G is a gas atomized nickel based alloy that is blended with 60% (by weight) of tungsten carbide (WC) to form a composite alloy. EuTroLoy 16360G is available in 3 different carbide types:
1.16360G-CWC: 60% Cast Tungsten Carbide
2.16360G-MWC: 60% Macrocrystalline Tungsten Carbide
3.16360G-SWC: 60% Spherical Tungsten Carbide
The low hardness matrix is designed to withstand impact and fatigue while the WC offers superior abrasion and erosion resistance. The coatings produced are hard, dense and especially resistant to low stress abrasion and erosion. Careful control of the chemistry and particle size distribution of both powder components assures consistent and reliable performance in standard PTA welding equipment and in the most challenging applications.
